Nanbu Trim Marathon

Currently, the Executive Committee of “Nanbu Trim Marathon” is looking for athletes who would love to participate for this marathon race in Southern Okinawa. This race will be held on March 24th (Sun) in Itoman City, and athletes can enter courses including 20km (12.43mi), wheelchair(5km/3.11mi), 5km (3.11mi), 10km (6.21mi), 3km (1.86mi), and family courses (3km/1.86mi). Some selected athletes will get an opportunity to run for Honolulu Marathon in Hawaii or marathon races in Mainland Japan. And, some athletes might be invited to go to Tokyo Disney Land! Athletes in unique costumes also will be awarded. If you were considering running the marathon, please fill the money transfer form and pay the participation fee at post office near you. You can also apply at convenience store near you. Extra fee will be charged when you apply. The fee will be 2,500 yen for adult (19 y/o & older), and 1,500 yen for children (18 y/o & under) and the physically - challenged. Okinawa’s local heroes, Ryujin Mabuyer & Ryujin Ganasea will be there to cheer for runners. For more info see w1.nirai.ne.jp
