Coping With Deployments Free Online Course

The American Red Cross is now offering an online version of it's very successful 'Coping with Deployments' course which is designed
to promote resilience in families supporting the deployment of a loved one.
Much like the successful instructor-led course, this online version aims to help military families handle the many challenges and
opportunities that come with a family member's deployment. The online course is especially beneficial for those who are unable to
attend an instructor-led course, live far from a military installation or community, or who would like a refresher at their own time. All family members of the Reserve, National Guard, and active duty service members, including spouses, older children, parents, siblings, significant other, and veterans are welcome to take the course.
To sign up, register in the Red Cross Learning Center at http://classes.redcross.org/ or contact your local Red Cross at 634-1294/1979 (Kadena Air Base) or 645-3800 (Camp Foster) for more information.
