"Melody Road"
New
road was open to traffic at Hutami area in Nago city. It is
the first "Melody road" in the prefecture. If you drive this road in
40km/h, the road with grooves starts to play melody "Hutami
joowa"(Okinawan folksong) for about 30 sec. Right wheels play Sanshin
and left wheels play melody of song. If you are at northern area, why
don't you get into the groove?
Welcome
to Melody Road in Futami of Nago City....a road that plays music. But
this is just no ordinary tune...and its location is not by coincidence.
