Nanjo Open Garden Project

Have you had this experience before? When you were walking in your neighborhood, you saw housing with nice gardens and though that you wanted to step in, but you didn’t. Well, this dream-like project is going to happen in Nanjo City! “Relaxing Open Garden in Nanjo City” will be held from April 6th – 14th. Open Garden takes place on every spring and fall in Nanjo City, and this is the 7th time to hold. Each household open their garden for public just for this project. Each garden has unique characteristics, so it might be interesting to watch.

If you were interested to join this project, please purchase a set of passport and a map of each garden. It costs 300 yen and high school student and under is free. It is available from April 6th at Nanjo City Tourism Association, Okinawa World, and 10 other shops in Nanjo City.
