Kogachiyaki Exhibit

Kogachiyaki is one of the oldest style of pottery in Okinawa, and it is produced in Kogachi, Nago City until the early 1800s. There is no documents about Kogachiyaki, so it is still a mystery and not many people knows about it. Currently, Nakasone-san (father & daughter) are the only artists who are making Kogachiyaki. They are going to hold a fair & exhibition of their artworks during Golden Week. Coffee will be served on April 29th & May 6th (14:00-18:00).
